OFF BCN is a large scale festival in Barcelona for which I developed the complete visual identity. The process started with the logo which became the foundation for the entire system. Its core shape was translated into a flexible graphic form and pattern that was applied consistently across all branding touchpoints.
The color palette was derived from a well known artwork in Park Güell grounding the identity in its physical surroundings. To further unify the visual language I developed a custom LUT that was applied to photography and video content. This ensured that the festival had a contemporary and cohesive feel across all digital and physical media from posters to motion graphics.
The result is a dynamic brand system that captures the energy of the city and the festival itself. By creating a signature look and feel through custom color grading and graphic patterns I provided the festival with a recognizable identity that stands out in a crowded cultural landscape.
