Cowboys required a brand evolution to match its growing status as a specialized recruitment marketing agency. While the core logo remained the same I built a rich visual world around it to support a more professional positioning.

I introduced a deep purple color strategy to evoke curiosity and authority. A key addition to the visual language is the use of expanding circular patterns. These rings visually echo the rounded form of the logo while symbolizing the agency's core mission: the focused search for the right talent. By combining this symbolic motion with disciplined layout design I created an identity that feels dynamic yet mature allowing Cowboys to stand out as a serious player within the Eager ecosystem.
